Who is The Other Guy?

What are you doing right now? You are reading an online blog, and wondering who The Other Guy is. You are probably sitting in a comfortable chair, in a climate controlled environment, and probably wearing nice clean clothes. The Other Guy, is training, RIGHT NOW, for what you want. While you sit and surf the net, he is out there gaining an advantage, and more importantly, an upper hand in reaching the goal that you want to achieve. The Other Guy is your competition, and he never stops training.

When you’re not, HE IS.

      for the rules… needs to be full extension..palms facing…chest to bar…and on video…that right?

        we need to put out a video showing exactly what is required by someone who wishes to attempt a 100lb pull/chin up club.
        This video will also provide diection on how to train for this attempt.
        Hands can be palms away or palms facing….the key elements are to be at full extension at the start and finish with your hands to your body with a full extrension finish.
