Vacation Fitness Blog: DAY 1

Our gym for the week.

The first day, with only a resistance band in hand, we took part in a 450 rep workout.

50 Seated Rows
50 Regular Pushups
50 Bent Over Rows
50 Feet Up Pushups
50 Feet Down Pushups
200 V-Sit Side Touches

The goal of the workout is to complete it in as little time as possible. You can do it in any order and in any way as long as all 450 reps are completed.

It’s a great workout for your upper body, particularly your chest and your back.

The video shows a demonstration of all six exercises, not the entire workout.

As always, send us your results and we will feature it on our website!

I’m a pretty scronny guy lol it’s kinda hard for me to gain any weight, let alone muscle on it’s own. any tips on what to eat, or what to do in my workouts to get big arms?. . also, know any GOOD tasting protien drinks/bars?.

Gaining weight is about a positive calorie balance. This is just eating more calories that you use. For arm exercises, cover all the muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, and forearms). Simple Bicep curls, tricep extensions and shoulder press are just the basics. Higher reps means more muscle building as well.
