Sean Light, co-founder of The Other Guy Athlete & Fitness Training, is a 2010 graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. At Quinnipiac, Light played Division 1 college basketball for the Bobcats.
During his tenure, the Bobcats became the winningest team in school history in back to back seasons. In 2010, the program reached a national postseason tournament for the first time in the school’s Division 1 history when they played Virginia Tech in the National Invitational Tournament.
In 2011 the team became the first team in school history to host a postseason game in a national tournament in the CollegeInsider.com Tournament.
Light has trained athletes in many sports, from elementary and middle school athletes, to professionals. He has worked with professionals in basketball, soccer and baseball.
Light currently works in the Quinnipiac Strength and Conditioning department assisting the 22 men’s and women’s teams on campus.
